We are a gym located in Bethel, CT dedicated to providing you with a quality fitness experience. Our attentive coaching staff, premier facility, and friendly environment will welcome you with open arms. Walking through the door for the first time is the hardest part. After that, our coaches and community will have your back. Group classes are not for everyone, which is why we offer more than just group classes. We offer Personal Training, Nutritions Accountability, Skill Sessions, Open Gym, Specialty Classes, Kids, and have a Private Facebook Group where our secret tips, tricks, and programs are offered.

Step 1: No Sweat Intro

We want to meet you! So please sign up for your 15-30 minute No Sweat Intro. The reason for the NSI is to help us understand how we can help you! At the end of the day, we are here to do anything we can to help you reach your goals. I want you to begin your fitness journey with purpose and a clear goal in mind. Together we will reach your goal and beyond. Together we will pick the best plan for you.

Step 2: Obtain Your Goal

Based on you goals and what you tell us, Step 2 will be determined at the No Sweat Intro! Don't worry! We have a variety of options and we will choose the best option for you based on your goals. Many members choose Personal Training, while others prefer groups classes - it is up to you!  In order to catch you up and provide a quality experience for both you and our current community, we encourage new members to take advantage of our one of  our 1-on-1 programs. All together we have many different options that will get you on track!

What is CrossFit?

The core of CrossFit training is simply learning how to move your body. We all move our body every single day, some a little easier than others. What if every single day your life was a little bit easier because of what you did in the gym? For you this could mean it helps you perform maximally in your sport; it could also mean you get off that medication that you hate; or it could be as simple as helping you carry in ALL the groceries in one massive trip!

What CrossFit will teach you is that no matter your starting point there is always an intelligent next step in developing a relationship with your body and your health.

One of the best things about CrossFit is that it’s almost infinitely scalable. If you can’t do the workout as prescribed, then you do what you can. If you can’t do pull ups or haven’t even heard of a burpee, we will make the work out scalable for you and teach you the techniques to learn and get better at the movements.

However, CrossFit is also good at challenging you to do more than you think you can. The line between wussing out and honestly failing because you’re so fatigued you can’t even lift your finger might seem pretty thin. A tough CrossFit WOD can teach you the difference.

 What does this mean for me?

In CrossFit classes you will see familiar movements like squats and pushups, along with potentially unfamiliar movements like muscle ups and snatches. This is exactly what makes it fun! The workouts are constantly varied to assure balance of fitness development and every workout is scalable to your specific fitness level. Every person has a combination of fitness goals and weaknesses, so not only will CrossFit training expose those weaknesses, it will help open your eyes to what is possible for you to achieve with your body and show you the path to get there.
