Can I do CrossFit?
Yes, here’s why:
In CrossFit, you will see familiar movements such as the squat and push-up, along with some unfamiliar movements like the snatch and clean. If you are unfamiliar with CrossFit, I’d recommend reserving all judgment until you try it.
Because the movements in CrossFit are infinitely scalable, you will quickly learn that anybody can do it. If you have a willingness to learn and a desire to be better, you have the right ingredients to start CrossFit. We will teach you that no matter where you begin this journey from, there will always be an intelligent next step to ensure that you grow and achieve your goals.
If we wanted to collect your money and set you up for failure, we would have opened a regular gym. Most gyms make you sign a contract and then leave you to your own devices knowing, full well, that they may never see you again. This is not in our DNA. The minute you walk through our door, a coach will be by your side guiding you through the whole process. As a member of our gym, you will always be coached - no matter how experienced or inexperience you may be.
