We offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions.

The best way to start is by scheduling your free No Sweat Intro. Here we will sit down, talk, and determine the best plan of action based on your needs and goals!
How much is each session?
Depending of how frequently you want to come in, our 60 minute sessions range between $70 to $50 and our 30 minute sessions range between $50 to $30.
