Our community consists of a wide range of individuals and for that reason what we do is based off of personal training. A true fitness program caters to everybody’s strengths, weaknesses, and limitations. We are home of that true fitness program uniquely scaleable to every individual.
We need to know what you want to get better at. If you are a D1 college athlete that wants to up your game, we can help you with that. If you are seventy-five years of pure awesomeness that wants to be able to run around with their grandkids, we can help you with that too.
We use functional movements which get your body moving in the safest and most effective ways possible. The best movements require the best coaching and for that reason, we introduce new CFB members into our community with personal training. These personal training sessions are designed to teach you the fundamental movements of our program. We do not teach you how to sit on a machine and push, we teach movements that actually require the one-on-one attention
