CrossFit Bethel is now proud to offer awesome Birthday Parties! We tailor each party so that the activities are age appropriate for your special one’s age group.

They’ll not only have lots of fun and burn a lot of energy, they’ll learn how important team work is. They’ll be talking about it for months to come!

Our parties last 1.5 hrs

  1. You can arrive 30 min prior to set-up.
  2. Coach led activities run for an hour.
  3. After the gym activities, it is off to the Party Room for cake and presents!
  4. All kids get a medal and a free pass to a CrossFit KIDS class. The birthday boy/girl will receive a small trophy.

We have printed invitations you can use to send out invites.

We can help with local food and decoration recommendations.

Does your child have a favorite song? We’ll make sure it’s played. We want to make sure their party is as special as they are.

POLICIES

AGE REQUIREMENTS

We recommend our parties for girls and boys between 5-12 years old. We do not allow children under 3 to be in the activities from during the party, for safety reasons.

OUR DIY PARTY ROOM

We’ll supply tables, chairs and a refrigerator. The rest is up to you.  You bring decorations, the cake, refreshments, utensils, napkins etc.

All food, drinks, presents, wrappers etc. must be kept in this area.

We ask that children NOT return to the gym or play on the equipment once the Coach lead activities are over

PICKUP TIME

We appreciate you understanding and respecting our schedules as well as our coach’s schedules. Please ask all parents to be prompt when picking up their children.

CLEAN UP

You are responsible for gathering any items that you do not want thrown away.

PAYMENT

Deposit of 50% required to reserve date.  Remainder of package cost is due 2 weeks prior to event date. We will process the remainder to your card on file, unless told otherwise.

No refunds for cancellations with less than 10 days notice. Refunds will be given if the party is canceled 10 days prior to the party date minus $50.

WAIVERS

Each guest must have their waiver form signed ONLY by their legal guardian. Other adults are NOT allowed to sign for children for whom they are not a legal guardian. When carpooling, please make sure all children have completed forms with them. No one is allowed to play without a completed form!
